Preemptive Foreign Policy

Geoge Will delivers a good defense of Bush's policy of preemption here. Pretty inspiring stuff actually. I like his Churchill quote (given right after Pearl Harbor): "We have not journeyed all this way across the centuries, across the oceans, across the mountains, across the prairies, because we are made of sugar candy."
